Is CBD the same as ‘Medical Marijuana’?
No – Though the Industrial Hemp used to produce CBD is a special variety of Cannabis Sativa, a relative of Marijuana, it does not contain the psychoactive properties of THC (as Marijuana does). And as such, it is not limited to serving sizes of 10-30mg which makes Industrial Hemp a much more practical source of Cannabinoids.
Is CBD Hemp Oil legal?
Yes – Unlike Medical Marijuana you do not require a special permit to buy CBD Hemp Oil. It is imported into the USA under approved tariff codes as a dietary supplement and can be purchased online and shipped to your home anywhere in USA and other approved countries.
Will I get ‘high’ if I consume CBD Hemp Oil?
No – It is made entirely and only f rom Industrial Hemp and does not contain the psychoactive properties of THC. Additionally CBD has the property of being anti-psychoactive.
Do you use Hemp plants from China?
No – all of our Hemp is organically grown and processed in choice locations of Northern Europe before being sent directly to USA and other approved countries.
What is the shelf life of CBD Oil – can it be frozen?
Once opened, the shelf life is one year if refrigerated. You can freeze CBD if you choose. However, all the product you buy from us is fresh, not frozen. In the past, we have tested samples that were frozen for two years – there was negligible difference. We are now expanding our tests for longer periods of cold-storage.
Can CBD Oil be purchased in bulk or a fitness club, nursing home, health retreat and/or to resell it?
